An elevated retail experience
Historically, Williams-Sonoma’s packaging had been heavily decorated and illustrative, and their aim was to de-clutter the shopping experience. We utilized a clean typographic approach, with restrained use of color and minimal graphic elements. While each package retains it’s own character and personality, it also lives harmoniously within the larger context of cohesive in-store displays

A delicious spread that tastes like creamy cookies to top my ice cream? Yes, please! These jars were designed as high-end versions of everyone’s favorite childhood treats. Each flavor has it’s own typographic lock-up and colored pattern ribbon sticker on top to seal the deal.
The frozen hot chocolate packaging required special consideration—the concept of a blended frozen beverage that is typically served warm is challenging. Our solution, a blizzard of ribbons and snowflurries, recalls the feelings the comfort of warmth and the refreshment of cold at the same time.
